Return and Refund Policy
At Blue Panier Pets, we want you and your furry, scaly, or feathered friends to be completely happy with your purchases. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Our Policy
We offer returns and refunds within 30 days of you receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
Item Condition: The item(s) must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. This means items should not show any signs of wear, damage, or use by your pet.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.
Exceptions
Please note that the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival:
Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Items that have been specifically created or personalized for your pet (e.g., engraved tags, custom-fit clothing).
Perishable Goods: Items such as food, treats, and supplements due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Items that come into direct contact with your pet's body, such as opened beds, grooming tools (once used), and underwear/diapers (if opened). This is to protect the health and safety of other pets and customers.
Sale or Clearance Items: These items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at bluepanier@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information in your email:
Your order number
The name of the item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
If the item is faulty or damaged, please include clear photos as evidence.
Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if the return is approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how and where to send the item(s) back to us.
Packaging and Shipping: Please securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or damaged upon arrival, or if we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs: As we offer free shipping on all orders, the original shipping costs are not applicable and will not be refunded on returned items unless the item was faulty or damaged upon arrival, or if we made an error with your order. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs as well. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you believe an item is faulty, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving the order) with photos of the damage or fault. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
